See the lease end
before notice is due.

For you if a rental, car or equipment lease ends on a date you only notice when the letter arrives.

Apartment, car and equipment leases end on dates that live in a PDF or a welcome packet. The notice to vacate or the renewal deadline is often weeks earlier. Add each lease with that date and the price. OpenSeason puts it on Focus before it comes due (30 days out), next to the rest of what checking has to cover. Start free.

Why lease ends sneak up

The real deadline is earlier.

Notice to vacate or renew often lands weeks before the lease ends. Put that date on the list. That is when you still have a choice.

Once a term is easy to miss.

Monthly rent feels routine. The term ending does not. Here each lease sits on one list with its date.

Decide while there is still time.

At 30 days out, a lease shows as Waiting on Focus. Within 7 days, it moves to Do now. That gives you time to renew, give notice or let it end on purpose.

Questions

What leases can I track?

Apartment, car and equipment leases, plus any other lease with an end date and a notice deadline. Add each one with the amount and the date you have to act.

Will I see it before the deadline?

Yes. Each lease shows on Focus as Waiting 30 days before it comes due, then as Do now within 7 days. OpenSeason does not send emails or texts, so it is waiting for you the next time you open the app.

Does OpenSeason negotiate or sign the lease?

No. You renew, give notice or let it end with your landlord, dealer or lessor. OpenSeason does not negotiate or sign leases. It shows you the date and price in time to decide.

Does OpenSeason link my bank or send alerts?

No. You add each lease yourself. OpenSeason does not sync with banks and does not send email or text alerts. The lease shows on Focus when you open the app.

Can I track other renewals here too?

Yes. Insurance, domains and subscriptions go on the same list, so you see a lease deadline next to everything else due that month.

Is my data private?

Your workspace is per-account. You can export your data or delete your account from Settings anytime.
