Do I have to learn a complicated system?
No. Start by talking. Adopt structure when it looks right. Life and Focus stay simple on purpose.
What counts as an interaction?
Each coach message turn, each thing-scoped chat turn, or each signal extraction. Multi-step agent rounds inside one turn still count as one product interaction for the monthly cap.
Is my data private?
Your workspace is per-account. Export and delete live in Settings. Privacy-sensitive Areas can block external LLM where the product supports it. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.
How do I get access?
Access is by invitation while we dogfood the core loop with a small group. Open signups will unlock when we’re ready for more members — join the wait by watching this site.
